How it Works

Revenue Marketing is a term used to describe very mature digital Marketing organizations that are able to drive revenue through repeatable and scalable activities. In this fully optimized state of Marketing, an organization can actually predict revenue based on performance data, analytics and historical trends. Revenue Marketing is dependent on complete maturity across six key areas of contemporary Marketing. We call those six key areas controls - Strategy, People, Process, Customer, Technology and Results - or the RM6. Taken holistically, these six controls operationalize Revenue Marketing success. This assessment is designed to dig a little deeper into those six controls to help us understand your current level of Revenue Marketing maturity when compared to best-in-class organizations so that we can better guide you through your transformation.

Upon completion of the assessment, you will receive a custom report unique to your answers. When all of the Telstra employees who were invited to take the assessment have completed it, our partners at TPG will assess the results as a whole.
